Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LongevityHub Pro you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

LongevityHub Pro is a subscription-based intelligence platform providing curated data, AI-generated summaries, and automated alerts for professionals in the longevity and geroscience industry. Content includes clinical trial data sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, company profiles, funding information, research paper summaries from PubMed and bioRxiv, and regulatory updates from public government sources.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@longevityhub.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.
• All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you additionally agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service at lemonsqueezy.com/legal/terms-of-service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription — see our Refund Policy for details. Beyond that, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off right for consumers).
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required during the trial. Access ends automatically at the trial expiry date unless you subscribe.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Share your account credentials with others outside of a Team plan allocation.
• Reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any platform content or AI-generated summaries without explicit attribution and written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the Service.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful material.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All platform content, design, editorial curation, software, and AI-generated summaries are owned by or licensed to LongevityHub Pro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Underlying third-party data (ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, bioRxiv, etc.) remains the property of its respective owners and is used in accordance with their terms of use.

You may quote brief extracts from platform content for editorial, research, or educational purposes provided you include clear attribution to LongevityHub Pro.

We strive to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. However:

• AI-generated summaries are automatically produced and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• Content on LongevityHub Pro does not constitute medical, financial, investment, or legal advice. Always verify critical information from primary sources.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LONGEVITYHUB PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
